Government of Nepal, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security, Department of Foreign Employment has started online application for the individual labor permit (shram swikriti). Now it becomes very easy to get the labor permit through online. In past we always had seen that many Nepali people were at on queue at the office of labor office to make the labor permit. Nowadays because it is very easy to make the labor permit via online through computer and mobile. This system was restarted on January 1 2022. Meanwhile this online system was operated in past but due to some reason the operation was paused.

How to get user name of Shram swikriti (Labour permit)
- Go to the https://feims.dofe.gov.np from your mobile and desktop browser
- Click on Renew /Re-Entry Registration (old)
- Enter your passport number in the passport number box
- You will see your passport number and your details, click on it and then you will have to enter your email address.
- You will get a email with your username and password. Please keep safe this for your future usage!
- Open https://feims.dofe.gov.np
- Now enter the username and password from steps 1.
- Click on profile menu and edit your profile to enter your new profile details.
- Make sure you fill the entire required field and upload the necessary documents.
B: Renew work permit/ Re-entry Work permit workers details
- Click on Re-entry menu and then Individual Re-entry sub menu. You will see your previous work details.
- Click on Add new Button and enter your details.
How to reset the password of shram swikriti
- Visit this webisite https://feims.dofe.gov.np/Individual-Login
- Enter your passport number on the box.
- Afterthat , Click on Forget Passport Number.
- Put your details with your email id or Phone Number.
- You will get OPT in your email or Phone Number you provide.
- Fill OPT and Set New Password.
- Now you will be able to log in using a new passport.
